Founded by Emily and Frank Vogl in 1990. Our issues analysis, public relations and strategic management consulting firm specializes in:

Directors:

Frank Vogl: Born and educated in the U.K. with a BA from the University of Leeds is a U.S. citizen. He started his career as a journalist with Reuters in London and Brussels; in 1970, he was appointed the first European Business Correspondent of The Times (London) and as such was the first foreign economics correspondent to be based in Frankfurt; from 1974-1981 he was based in Washington as the U.S. Economics Correspondent of The Times. From 1981-1990 Frank served as the chief spokesman of the World Bank and its Director of Information & Public Affairs. He is an author of books on economics and globalization and a contributor to books on global corruption and ethics. He served for a number of years on the Board of Trustees of the Arthur W. Page Society (a major U.S. national professional public relations organization); he is a member of the 'Wisemen' public relations association, and has written for a range of leading U.S. public relations journals. He is also a member of several boards of directors and advisory counsels of not-for-profit organizations.

Emily Vogl: Former public relations officer for the European Union in Washington. Author, lecturer, and linguist in European languages. Emily, born and educated in Frankfurt, Germany, is a U.S. citizen. Emily, having studied at universities in Germany, Israel and Italy, took her M.S. degree from Georgetown University and is fluent in German, English, French and Italian and has near-fluency in several other languages. Emily is expert in global press relations and media promotion.
