PR COUNSEL
Working with corporations, business associations, non-governmental organizations and multilateral institutions, we provide day-to-day PR counsel and global media relations services.
Examples:
- For more than 16 years we have provided a full range of PR services to the Institute of International Finance, the global association of financial institutions with over 360 member firms.
We serve as the IIF's press advisors, working with the leadership of the Board of Directors and management on the public promotion of the IIF's economic analysis, its approaches to international finance policy, its bank regulatory perspectives and special reports on corporate governance.
- In recent years we have worked with International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in reviewing its external relations approaches, advising on communications and assisting with media relations.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
In recent years we have undertaken comprehensive communications planning studies for a range of institutions, including the Asian Development Bank in Manila, the African Development Bank in Tunis, and the International Development Law Organization in Rome.
Examples:
- Expert Views. Our study for the African Development Bank involved an extensive set of interviews in many capitals in Africa and in the leading industrial nations, with leaders of government, business, finance, media and non-governmental organizations, to determine perceptions of the Bank and how experts view the future roles of Africa's leading development agency.
- Board Engagement. In our review for the Asian Development Bank we conducted in-depth interviews with each of the members of the Board of Directors, as well as senior managers and outside experts on the institution. Our comprehensive report provided an Action Plan and detailed proposals for organizational change.
